When Life Happens

Sometimes you're going along in life, doing your thing, things are going awesome for you and everything is right in the world.

Then, life happens, it's hard. Things go sideways and everything feels upside down. Now comes the question, how do you handle it and how do you keep on track? There is no easy answer here, but it can be done. When life happens and things get crazy, priorities change and things fall apart. Eating habits can get off track, workouts suffer, things fall behind, etc.

First, get your tasks that can’t be put on the back burner and itemize them by what is most important.

Put aside at least one hour a day to get these done, more if you have the time. Most importantly take time everyday to distress. When it comes to diet and stress they can have effects on the whole body. Don’t let your diet suffer when life gets stressful, it's important to keep our bodies in their best shape when things get hard. Find easy to prep meals that are still on track with your diet, pack lunches and snacks if you are on the road, and drink plenty of water.

Next, workouts to keep your mind focused. Keep them short, simple, and to the point.

Simple workouts, good food, and meditation will keep you focused and your stress level low so you can conquer the days no matter what is going on!
